Recruiting Talent for Senior Leadership Roles in Advocacy Organizations

Working with an organization’s senior leadership team and/or board of directors, we execute effective recruitment processes to identify, interview, and select a diverse pool of finalist candidates for a variety of roles such as CEO/Executive Director and Vice President/Director of advocacy, government affairs, and/or communications.
